Founder of “Break The Cycle USA”/”Real Beauty Real Women,” Human Trafficking Advocate, “United Nations Honoree,” Jacquelyn Aluotto is a visionary. She is known as a hybrid producer, innovator, advocate, and activist. She has a gift for merging the media and technology world with shelters, and non-profits across America that are breaking the cycle of human trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, poverty, and abuse.
This thought leader’s philosophy is that we must sustain these organizations to transform communities in crisis and that standing up to injustices becomes the most fashionable thing in the world. Highly successful at creating conscious content that is effective and engaging while simultaneously creating mobilization of social impact. She cross pollinates worlds until the exposed ills of society becomes the most talked about issues where the outcomes demand justice and change. She understands how to create a spark around specific social issues, and sustains the buzz until the whole whole nation is speaking about it.
She makes this unique and challenging task look easy. In 2018 Aluotto and Break The Cycle USA joined forces with Congress Woman Lee and co-authored the amendment for restitution of victims bought and sold on the website Backpage. Aluotto is in a class of her own.
She creates content by uncovering and then documenting what is happening in our back yards revealing information at 360 degree angles. Aluotto provides the information and solutions to law enforcement, government agencies, politicians, non profits, advocates, media outlets, film makers, and community leaders.

In 2019 she joined the second largest precinct in the nation to help build an Anti- Human Trafficking Unit that knew how to identify victims of Human Trafficking. Her position is multi-dimensional, she is also their Human Trafficking Liaison and advocate.
In 2019 she was requested at the congressional round table to discuss the different aspects of the dangerous activity surrounding the Texas border regarding human trafficking and other illicit crimes.
Aluotto presented her footage of what she found through her in depth studies on border towns. She intricately expressed how legislation changes are needed to protect our border and concurrently our nation. Jacquelyn has created three award winning popular doc-series proving that conscious entertainment is what American’s want . She is the go-to girl for celebrities, public figures, non-profits, corporations, and leaders who seek highly effective socially conscious campaigns and brand awareness on national and international levels.
She spearheaded FUBU TV’s Conscious Entertainment Division.
She directed the Award Winning Documentary “Not In My Backyard”, featuring never before seen powerful undercover footage of abused and homeless women and children. She spent six years with this project filming all across America in multiple shelters.
In 2012 NIMBY screened in Washington and received a standing ovation from over 63 delegates representing their countries at “The World’s Women Conference Of Shelters.” That film still screens all over the nation in high schools, universities, conferences and summits. Local and federal law enforcement have used the film to explain the dynamics of domestic violence.

Jacquelyn speaks nationally about what needs to be implemented to break the cycle of violence, poverty, abuse, and trafficking. One of her main focuses is her is how children in the foster care and social service system are the most vulnerable for abuse, sex trafficking, and disappearing under the care of these specific systems within the United States. After documenting eighteen years and over thirty thousand hours of footage of communities and systems in crisis, Aluotto has create the ATLAS Data Base Project. The project will help the foster care system by implementing specific solutions and programs for the betterment of youth. It also works in conjunction with law enforcement to track trafficking rings and how to identify them.

RBRW-Beauty Real Women launched Pucker Up for Change(PUFC), an innovative, conscious cause marketing campaign merging beauty, glamour, entertainment, and technology, all while connecting activism and giving back. The kick off campaign will launch with some of Houston’s most dedicated Impact Makers, Celebrities, Advocates, Strategist, Innovators, Artists, Philanthropists, Volunteers, Fashion and Beauty Icons and Influencers, before shooting counterparts in Los Angeles, New York, and other major cities.
These women (and some men) are dubbed RBRW’s Socially Conscious Fashionistas. In each city we will be filming a commercial highlighting our Socially Conscious Fashionistas and their causes that Pucker Up For Change #PUFC. PUFC is for the #SCFashionistas and it is a dual purpose Lip Stick/Lip Pencil in one. Socially Conscious Fashionistas serve a dual purpose and we wanted to make something for them. SCFashionistas love to look and feel good but believe that the most beautiful thing in the world is to make a difference.
