Abigail’s early passion for understanding human behavior led her to acquire a degree in social anthropology and graduate Magna Cum Laude at Harvard University. Launching her professional career in management consulting, she worked for DDB Worldwide Communications Group, in New York, for 11 years. Abigail spearheaded DDB’s strategic advertising efforts for leading global brands such as Pepsi, Hershey, Cigna, Cotton Inc. and Acela. Before working at Google, she functioned as an Executive Vice President & Strategy Director for Publicis, where she directed the strategy division to develop efficient global marketing campaigns for industry giants such as Nestlé, Coca-Cola, and L’Oréal.
At Google, Ms. Posner consults with advertisers, and marketers on corporate culture, and helps to develop effective efforts for industry brands like Nike & Toyota. While at Google, she used her extensive background in anthropology to launch an industry first, thought leadership series on human beings’ deep, emotional relationships with the digital space: Humanizing Digital.
With her unique, and expansive approach’s practical applications in business, she stimulates companies’ human components to spring into action; adopt latest cultures, and behavioral styles that bring about revolutionary innovation and growth.
A world-renowned speaker, Ms. Posner has spoken at key conferences including: PSFK, APG, SXSW, eMerge, MAD, CDX Forum, Yale & Columbia Business Schools, and C2MTL. She sat on the World Design Capital Selection Committee, The Disruptor Foundation, Jay Chiat Awards Judging committee 2014 and on the boards of FAWN, Michelle Phan’s lifestyle company, and TheSocialArchitects.
